On event days and every Tuesday morning, the book “Vibæk Mill Taskland & E Snow”by Henrik Ingemann is purchased for 120 DKK at Møllen's café.
The book combines local stories with historical source material and provides a good review of the last 300 years of milling at Vibæk. The book contains many pictures, a large proportion of which are from private collections, and explanatory text about the milling trade. The communities surrounding the mills are also reviewed.
